Vali could be a werewolf

There are many types shapeshifters in lore.  Some are cursed sometimes for no fault of
their own.  Forced to transform against
their will.  Not always aware that they
change.  They hunger for flesh and are insatiable.
I wonder sometimes if the first and original cursed werewolf was Vali son of
Loki and Sigyn. Transformed into a wolf by the Gods and forced to kill his younger brother for the supposed sins of their father.  I can’t find much of anything about him in
the myths beyond this information… so what happened to him?

I never thought about it like that, but that is an interesting theory if that is the case.

I know with Angrboda and the Wolf Clan, so far as my experiences have gone, is that quite a few of them are werewolves themselves. From what I understand from Her is that She got Her gifts from the dead. So there may be multiple ways on becoming a werewolf, and may explain some of the solitude I’ve come to know from Vali.
