Eir, who’s name means help or mercy, is the goddess of healing and shamanic healers, a domestic goddess, and companion of the goddess Frigg.
These are ways I personally honor Eir and my personal associations with offerings. If you have something negative to say keep it to yourself, these are personal and work for me.
Learn first aid and cpr.
Take care of yourself; stay hydrated, eat the best you can, and make sure you’re getting all your vitamins!
Use the runes Uruz and Laguz in your practice or altar.
Donate blood or plasma.
Offer her fruits, soups, salads, bread, or jam.
Any kind of tea would be good for you to drink but green tea is her favorite(in my experience) with honey and lemon!
Learn how to make basic healing balms, oils, or tinctures.
Decorate your home or wear the colors dark greens, red, and gold.
Grow
blood-stanching herbs such as Yarrow or Bistort.
Do something every day to make someone smile.
Take care of loved ones who are sick or volunteer to help the sick and elderly.
Listen to music that features a fiddle of a flute.
Pack and smoke a bowl with her. Better yet, enchant your weed to help you heal and relax.
Use the crystals agate, aquamarine, malachite, moss agate, bloodstone, selenite, or hematite in your practice or altar.
Learn about herbs used in healing.
Learn to cook some healthy meals and dedicate them to her and share them with loved ones.
I’ve found she likes communicating through oracle decks.
Light incense or candles of lavender, sage, patchouli, chamomile, or any traditional healing herbs!
Place fresh flowers or herbs on your altar for her or keep them in your most visited rooms.
