(since I wrote this for myself, it is semi-gendered and also uses the word “bitch”)
Do not fuck with this witch, I am one badass bitch, touch me and your hands will burn – come near me and your stomach turns as I say it, it shall be: now stay the fuck away from me.
(when threatened whisper/chant quietly or repetitively think on this chant. This one makes me feel really strong and tough and I enjoy the colloquial language in it a LOT.)
A spell sachet to help you during interviews and in getting new jobs.
You Will Need:
White Sachet
Agate (good luck)
Citrine (fortune, good luck, success)
Sunstone (good luck, positive energy, personal power)
Carnelian (good luck)
Tiger’s Eye (clarity, intelligence, prosperity, financial gain, focus)
Labradorite (success, stress reduction)
Lepidolite (stress reduction, good luck)
Hematite (calming, memory, focus)
Steps:
Cleanse all of the crystals in the moonlight the night before. Add them into your sachet and tie it shut if needed. Carry sachet with you to job interview in a bag or purse. While waiting, if you are waiting, you can hold it and rub it in your hand(s). Though tip, don’t play with it during the actual interview, it can be distracting. Instead keep it in your coat pocket or keep your bag near you.
It’s been a hot minute since I posted a spell or craft. Here’s one that’s both.
This is budget friendly and super low energy. It’s based on the Hearthstone in World of Warcraft (because you know me, I love my pop culture witchery). In Warcraft, your Hearthstone allows you to teleport back to one ‘home’ location anywhere in the game. You find an innkeeper, tell him to set that location as ‘home’, and then after that, you can return to that spot any time you choose no matter how far away you are.
That’s the idea we’re harnessing here. “There’s no place like home”, if you will. Sometimes I’m out in a public place and I get overloaded and really need to go home, or I’m having a really difficult day at work and I don’t want to be there anymore. I keep this stone in my pocket and then just hold it when I need a breather. I use my stone to get myself to a ‘home’ mindset, giving me a feeling of safety and calm. (If you want to go to the extra effort, you could enchant your stone to be a ‘go home early’ charm if you want to physically go home, but that’s up to you.)
You will need:
A rock from your chosen home location
Paint or a marker (light blue if you’re sticking with the Warcraft theme, but as usual, you do you, boo)
That’s it. That’s literally all the materials you need.
Now, I say “chosen home location”. My rock is from my yard at my house. For some people, their house is where they want to escape from, not return to, and that’s okay. You can also choose a rock from your school, your friend’s house, a park you love, or wherever you feel the most safe.
Here’s the beauty of the spell: The rock is already charged and cleansed because it’s been hanging out in the ground like rocks do, absorbing all that ‘home’ energy.
Give the rock a clean, but NOT a cleanse. You don’t want to clear out the energy your rock already has, but you do want to make sure you’re not carrying around any gross bacteria in your pocket. Soap, water, maybe some rubbing alcohol or something, but leave the salt and incense smoke out of it.
Paint or draw on the swirl symbol you see above. (If warcraft isn’t your jam and you have a different symbol you associate with home, or you want to make a sigil, go right ahead.)
That’s it. You’re done. The ground already did all the work for you, so you don’t need to expend any of your own energy.
@urbanspellcraft 😉 this is perfect since I started playing recently and you love wow too
💛 While your tea steeps carefully cut and de-pit a cherry or two
💛 In your hot tea stir in your sugar or honey clockwise.
💛
“Things seem hard, things are stressful, but I know deep down, things will be okay.” repeat this as you desire
💛 Add in your cherries and continue stirring repeating “Things will be okay”
💛 Find a calm quiet place you enjoy being and drink you tea.
💛 Afterwards do something you enjoy that is also calming. Take a bath, watch a movie, read a book, watch the rain, listen to music, write in a journal; whatever makes you smile.
This house protection spell is inspired by Maleficent’s thorn curse in Sleeping Beauty. It is designed to stop unwanted people or negative entities from entering the house, and to hex them if they try. It could also be adapted to protect a specific object or person.
Items:
An empty jar
A selection of thorns (rose thorns, hawthorn thorns etc)
Some pins and needles
Stinging nettles
Cactus spines
Any other sharp items you may wish to add
To give it a bit of an extra kick you could also add:
Cayenne pepper
Vinegar
Lemon juice
Also, if there is a specific person you’re trying to keep out, add their name on a bit of paper, a photo of them, some of their hair etc to the jar too.
Once you have added all the ingredients to the jar, hold it in your hand and visualize your house being completely surrounded by thorns that constrict to keep out whatever it is you want to keep out (a specific person, negative entities, negative people etc). If they try to pass, they’re cut by the thorns. As you do this, say:
A forest of thorns shall be their tomb
Born through the skies on a fog of doom
Now go with the curse and serve me well
Around this house I cast my spell!
Keep the jar hidden from sight in a dark place, where it wont be disturbed.
As far as I can tell there are two types of spirit workers – those who are always available and those who set time aside. I value myself of being the latter. I like my place and I like it free of disturbances, as such I have always been very thorough when setting my perimeters. I don’t just bar the main doors, I would bar every doorway – just in case should someone break through one, there would still be containment so that I could manage the issue without worry. While this is a great defensive, I find that communicating with spirits in my home can be somewhat difficult – even when given permission to enter. Given my recent move, I elected to try a new strategy – which so far has paid off quite well so far. That is a selectively permeable boundary, through which those who share my blood/spirit (ancestors) or given my blessing may pass. Now, you can rest assured that my bedroom will still be spelled up like Fort Knox, but at least I’m becoming a little more hospitable, right?
I digress.
To Perform the Ritual, gather:
Brick Dust
Salt – a half/half blend of black and white
White Chalk – and/or Cascarilla
Sulphur
Vinegar
Saliva
Blood
Optional: to add a little more fire to those who might try to pass the boundary – add in a blend of used coffee grounds, chile powder, black pepper, iron oxide and dark rum (pine tar is a great addition, too, but it’s hard to find)
Don’t waste your time on any ceremonious nonsense for this one, just combine your dry ingredients first and then the wet and toss/churn/shake your concoction aptly. Your ratio and consistency is dependent on your preferences, but I like more of a dry paste. It really depends on how fine your brick dust is – for chunkier, hand-broken bricks, you’re not going to have a paste one way or another and that’s completely fine, just dampen your ingredients. For a very fine dust, you want to add a bit more to ensure your powder will hold once dry: a bit more vinegar can remedy an overly dry mix.
Take your paste and run it along the base of each entrance to your home. After each has been door has been dressed, read the following incantation as you “close” the door:
Mind these words – for they bear weight and consequence: Those of blood and spirit blessed – yet kinsman all the same, For it is they whose lines I tie, And they who govern fate; But to the wayfarer and the miscreant, No tiding favor found, These walls be charmed These doors be crossed The ill might find no solace; By witch’s blood – By witch’s word – By witch’s will – ‘Tis I who mark the Gates
To close the door, place both index fingers together at the middle of the frame overhead. As you read, trace your fingers along to the corners, down their respective sides, then closing them together at the base of the door. I like to then walk through the door and “cross” it from inside. That’s been the hardest habit to break, as every time I walk through the door, I was used to ‘X’ing it immediately.
I believe this spell is called “Fuck You I Am a Goddamn Witch and Don’t Have to Tolerate This Bullshit”.
Let’s see how well this plays out for the offenders.
oooooooh what’s it do?
I wanna know, too. It’s cool as fuck.
lol, may as well. I’m having some issues stemming from an old friend and their newest romance. So, I’m intervening. The candles stand for the both of them. Each stone is an issue that’s come between them that they’ve ignored. As my curse burns through each of them, each issue will be brought to the surface and drop to begin building a barrier between them. By the time it’s finished, I don’t expect them to be speaking any more.
*drools intensely at the magick*
My Mom, after having made the courageous decision to leave my incredibly controlling and abusive stepfather of 18 years, is saying she wants to get back together with him. If you don’t mind, I’ll be using this incredibly beautiful spell of yours.
I am flattered you like this spell enough to use it! And I hope I’m not incredibly late to let you know however that this (as I performed it) is NOT a guaranteed break up spell. If the targets are able to work through their issues as they bubble to the surface and truly care about each other, this spell would theoretically only make their relationship stronger. But that of course is why I love it, it was designed to be a relationship version of The Tower. 🙂
You take a poppet and put it in a box full of unattached legos. Then you close the box, seal it shut, and shake it whenever you want to activate the curse.
